location is convenient, you can easily go the old town by foot. It's very close to the bars and restaurants of the "Carmen" area which lives at night. The breakfast is great, lot of choices! I would recommend this hotel if you want to discover Valence!

We stayed over the Easter weekend in 2013. Some rooms (including ours on 3rd floor) look directly over the bus station however we didn't experience any noise issues. + nice rooms, clean, modern and well furnished - torn bedsheet - away from what you come to see as Valencia, 15 minute walk to attractions. - dodgy characters hanging outside the hotel... feels a bit unsafe. - behind the city's bus terminal... surrounding is really boring and dead.
