My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Albret during San Fermines and loved it! It is about 10 minutes away from the action on the bus that runs 24 hours daily. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and they have parking. For the cost 215Euros, I don't think that you can beat the deal during the festival. More
