Wonderful hotel with a fabulous staff in the best location in Madrid. I had a beautiful room. Service at the hotel was excellent. There is also a little (and i mean little) gym and indoor pool at the hotel. They were a bit confining though. Highly recommend this hotel.

Despite the ugly shower area, not so nice elevators, and no where to put your clothes, this hotels has a lot to offer But service is everything and at this hotel it is artificial. I spent 4 days in this beautifully renovated 19th century town house in madrid very clean friendly place 20 min. Walk to plaza mayor &rueta del sol 5min walk to Salamanca shopping area bus stop at our doorsteps. It's very easy to use. All kind of transportation to get to prado museum & reina Sofia
