Knowing no Spanish, the desk staff at the Alicia was fantastic. They helped to change my flamenco reservation and spoke to the reservation service for our car. Location fine. Room ok but small. Clean and simple. Air condition was not working. The breakfeast was good - except the cooffe that was more or less undrink-able. But it semmes that the coffee in madrid is generally not the best (unless Star Bucks). More
