Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights last week, beautiful rooms, clean bathroom, nice bed linen, rooms cleaned every day. This is a very nice hotel: good location at the Gran Via, nice interior, beautiful rooms, good breakfast and cheap for the quality offered. The only disadvantage is the noise from the street so ask for a room not facing the Gran Via. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Staff attentive and helpful. Greal location, centre of Gran Via. Tour bus stops right opposite hotel entrance. Boutique style hotel. Bar excellently situated - nice cocktails! Breakfast way too expensive! Would recommend without hesitation.
