We enjoyed our stay there in a comfortable, triple room. Very friendly staff. Close to museums, nice tapas bars and subway station. Rooms clean and quiet. Good value for pricey Madrid. It takes about 1 hour to get there from the airport. Would probably stay there next time. More

The airline lost our luggage and the hotel staff couldn't have been nicer helping us track it down and dealing with the airline. Rooms were basic but clean. Great location to walk to anything. More

Stayed here several days this summer and last. Perfect location for the big 3 museums. Easy walk to Atocha Station where the 2 euro airport shuttle arrives/leaves from--as well as trains to many destinations. Wonderful, helpful staff. Reasonably priced, spotless. Air conditioned.
