I staied only one night in Madrid and I had an very good experience in this hotel.Very friendly staff and very helpfull.Next time I hope I can stay there for longer.Rooms are nice and clean.

Staying at the Pegaso 19 was the first hotel stay on my first trip to Europe. We were 5 guys backpacking for the first time. Didnt know what to expect. “Not a nice surprise”

VERY close to the airport. NOT 5 minutes away (walking) from any train station, more like 30 mins. Reception was closed when we arrived. We let our taxi leave not knowing that we needed a ride to the hotel where the keys had been left. The Pegaso staff couldn't leave the keys at a nearby establishment??? ... or notify us... More
