Booked single room! It was small, and dark! Decor was old and dingy! Bathroom was old and very worn out! Had to run water for ages before I got hot water! On the plus side, it was clean, staff were friendly and best of all the location was excellent!

Location wonderful! Everything else quite poor. Staff nice and helpful. Hotel in need or complete re-furbishment. Room dark, carpet worn out. No view. No amenities, safe did not work. Breakfast very good but expensive - €14!

A perfect location and a truly wonderful building, but the flaws far out weigh the positives. Hotel was old but clean. Staff is very nice. Location is great. I would stay here again if nothing else was available. Price is good. Hotel needs renovation. It is very close to chueca the gay area which has great restaurants and bars.

This hotel is in need of a total overhaul. The carpet is threadbare, the curtains are filthy and the rooms are drab. The sheets are so thin you can see through them.
