Rooms are large, clean, very modern. Not only is wifi included, but a computer is also available in the room. Location is good, just next to the big retiro Park, although not as close as to the city center.

Clean, modern rooms. Free wifi and laptop provided. Good breakfast (if little pricey). Good location right opposite the Retiro park close to city centre. Recommended. We had a family room which was comfortable and spacious even with the two extra bunk beds in use.

Lovely little hotel with good location, opposite to the EI Retiro park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Around 10 mins walk to the Retiro metro station. Free wifi. A little pity is the breakfast is quite simple, not too much choice. Quite lots of resteraunt nearby.

Location of the hotel is ideal for visiting the various museums in Madrid. Staff very helpful, food excellent, room while stylish was very small, internal view. Attending conference. Joined by my daughter room size inadequate, changed to much better more spacious one overlooking the park, with a balcony. Great! Reception staff very helpful. Bar was biggest disappointment, location is poor and no atmosphere- a list opportunity for the hotel!
