Staff – good at reception but do not seem very happy serving. Bedrooms excellent for the price. Food – good breakfast. Other - cold food good, hot food not good (best to eat out). Bar – not inviting (open area). Location – not great. This is a conference vebue.

This is a great place for a stopping point. It is close to the airport and close to the metro. It makes it easy to get around and is a very clean and safe place. Also, it is very clean and comfortable

This hotel is about 10 minutes drive from Madrid airport and after midnight you need to take a taxi to arrive there (around 15 EUR). Stayed here the night before the Madrid marathon. Chose it based on proximity to motorway and metro, which was a 2 minute walk away. Staff were great, very friendly, and the hotel was spotless. Breakfast was decent too. Very impressed and would definitely use Novotel again.

We stayed for 2 night and enjoyed everything. The best thing is the breakfast we pre-payed when we booked the room. I don't recall having more choices for breakfast at a hotel. Pleasant hotel and value for money. Free wifi in guest rooms with good speed. Rooms basic but comfortable. Breakfast was extensive and very nice for a hotel in this range. Stayed at the hotel various times. This last time I got one of the remodeled rooms. Fantastic stay - friendly staff, good bed and modern room. Great for the weary business traveller. Hotel is great for business trip to the area.
