We were pleased with the friendly service at this hotel. We got a great package price and the staff couldn' t do enough to keep us content! Rooms were fine and the hotel was 5 minutes from Ventas metro station (near the bull ring, in a very quiet neighbourhood). If we return, we know where we'll stay.
