The good. Friendly staff, great location, cleanliness, frew wifi, breakfast. The unique lift.
The bad. Small rooms. The worman drilling at 8 in morning outside your window. The room facilities aren't as described online - there is no tea/ coffee making facilities, ironing board etc.
Overall it is a an ok hotel, but 3 star not 4.

Yes, the elevator was small, but I found it more comical than intrusive. I've seen it hold a max of 4 people, but go up alone when you're bringing luggage.

Stayed in October for a 3 night city break. Madrid is a fantastic city and the Arosa is well situated to enjoy the sights and to visit some of the great food establishments nearby.
