My daughter and I stayed here on a recent visit to Madrid. We loved everything about it. It is in an beautiful older building with gorgeous architecture. The hostess and her son were so very helpful and kind. Our room was cleaned every day, beds made and fresh towels and toiletries. The location could not be better, you can walk... More

We had a great time at Hospedaje Romero. We were greeted by the very friendly and helpful host and her son who speaks English. Rooms were clean and tended to daily which was a nice surprise. Wifi, great info sheets and a computer if necessary. Our room was towards the back of the property and we would suggest requesting that... More

I spent three nights in Madrid from 16th April. The hostel is in a large apartment building off of Gran Via. Ideally situated, very close to public transport and within walking distance of most of the major attractions in the city. Access from the airport is also very easy. The building itself is very attractive, about 100 years old with... More

Stayed a weekend here, and it was great. Very affordable for central Madrid, right on Gran Via and within walking distance of all the main sights. Comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms, and very nice and helpful staff. No breakfast, so make sure you plan for that. Would definitely come back!

Hospedaje A. Romero is in a great location in Madrid (right off a very busy main street that accesses almost anything)! In addition it is a great price for the rooms and location combination. The owners were incredibly friendly and helped us with a map and recommendations. I would recommend anyone to stay at Hospedaje A. Romero in Madrid!

Room is small but comfortable, the in-door bathroom is not that fancy but convenient. The mom & son so friendly, they came to say hello every time you got out or came back. The building is well-maintained, lobby and lift are attractive. The mom cannot speak English but we understood each other face to face. On my arrival day, she... More

More
