Very well located, close to Puerta del sol, with very friendly and helpfull staff. I really enjoy this place and have been there 3 times and plan to keep on staying there whenever I visit Madrid. It is clean, has nice beds and you can really feel at home :-)

The location is perfect and if you love hotel rooms without windows or aircon and a rude manager who shout day and night, this hotel is just for you.

Very good value and location but it's a dump. No air conditioning. Very loud aswell.
