We had a bit of a frustrating 3 night stay here. The hotel is woefully understaffed. Asking anything of reception is pointless as they don't have a clue. Some of the other reviews are commenting on how much the standard here has dropped, particularly the fixtures and fitting in the rooms. I can't say I've found the same, not this time and not when I was here last in April 2011. Wifi has been fine, no issue to download a movie from iTunes. More
