The good location and secure but challenging basement parking were countered by the run down rooms and uncomfortable beds. No breakfast on offer either.

A great location for the apartments, near to the center. Terribly hot inside, we had to sleep with the windows open in March!!!! We couldn't even breathe . There was no way to control the temperature.
