Ask for the soap and you will get one on 10th day of your stay (maybe). Ask for "heating" to fight cold during winter night and they will send you just round the corner to buy something "for eating". Ask for a wine to the dinner and you will get an already opened bottle from annoyed waiter. Incredibly poor service...
