My daughter and I stayed at the Parma last week. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The location is excellent. The staff were very helpful and did everything they could to be of assistance. I have never had a better experience at any hotel.

Stayed here because of conference. Very close to the kursal centre and old city where there are many wonderful food. Room was spacious. Had a sea facing room which was excellent. The hotel has a great view of the surfing beach. It is in the center of the "Parte Vieja" Very clean and Very helpful personnel! Small and intimate! Perfect stay! The hotel has no restaurant, but there are many to choose from a short walk away!

The staff is friendly and multilingual. We didn't have reservations, but the staff was eager to accommodate us. Great location in the Old Town, close to all the Pintxo Bars. Staff are great and the Wifi is fantastic. We had a room with a sea view which was nice. A very reasonable price on the room. Bathroom was surprisingly good.

Well and beautifull designed rooms, everything works, very convenient location. Service is OK. A little bit expensive. There are few rooms without windows: formally they are, but closed with curtains, because outside is a stair inside the building (hotel occupies only 2 first floors). No breakfast included. I"d recommend it.

Don't be put off by the two stars. This is an excellent hotel. Get an Atlantic view room and wake up to sun sparkling on the surf right outside your window. Staff are totally courteous and helpful.
