The place is in front of the sea, int he ebst area of san sebastian. The hotel is very nice and has clean old-fahisoned rooms. certainly worth the money (usually rooms are extremely expensiv ein san sebastian, this place has a good value for the money) More

Our tenth stay and we still love it. We would suggest to have continuous free wifi? And please increase the quality of the coffee served. We go out to have a coffee. More

Considering the city, the location and the rest of the offer, it is a bit expensive, It is one of the best hotels of the city, but you have to pay to be precisely ON the beach. Very close there are a couple of hotels, whose location in a second street is similar, you don´t get the beach and the... More

Total disaster ,a real joke.Booked through Venere but nobody indicated the hotel was UNDER DEEP REFURBISHMENT. The receptionist told our room was finished some hours before,so there was a deep smell of fresh paint, varnish and solvent, dangerous not only for us but also for our 4 months old baby.We only could handle to be inside for one hour. They changed the room... We really enjoyed this hotel. We were there in November. Miraculously, the weather was mild and dry. We were lucky that way. Our room was way up on the fifth floor, overlooking the beach and the sea. We had a small stone terrace for ourselves and we could see the entire conch shaped length of the beach to the Combs... More

The Hotel is located in a privileged area of the city, right in the center and with a magnificent view to the "Bahia de la Concha". They definetely are aware of this competitive advantage and do not pay too much attention to the rest. We were there last summer and had booked suite rooms with view to the sea. Needless... More

The view from a sea view room is absolutely spectacular. Also, the location for quick access to old town and other walking excursions was perfect. I disagree with the reviewers who think that the hotel was not worth the price. I was surprised, given the fact that this is the only hotel on the entire beach, that the price was... More

To appreciate this very comfortable hotel you need to book a sea view room. The location overlooking the Concha beach could not be better, and it's a short stroll to the old town with its restaurants and pinchos bars. The atmosphere was old fashioned and the public rooms a bit faded but the bedrooms have been renovated. Our bedroom was... More

My friend and I booked this room primarily for its location overlooking the beach and were not disappointed. Not only is the view spectacular, but to have the sound of the surf coming in the window is simply wonderful. Spaniards love to take their daily strolls, so people watching from the balcony also great. I agree with other reviewers that... More

Good service, lovely lobby, and decent restaurant. Bathroom was spectacular, but the rest of the room needed a facelift. Poor saggy couch, dated decor and linens. Not at all worth the price I paid. More
