We stayed in the newer part of town on the other side of La Playa Concha. It was about $90USD/night. The 20-30 min walk to Parte Vieja was pleasant and refreshing before and after lots of eating and drinking. The hotel looks new, modern, and clean. It attracts big groups on tour buses and we saw a couple sports teams.... More

El hotel esta como a diez minutos de camino a pie del centro de San Sebastian. El lugar en donde esta el hotel es bellisimo. Las habitaciones estaban perfectas. Tiene un supermercado enfrente. La atencion al cliente, inmejorable. Definitivamente regresaria More

The internet is only free in the lobby, and then is only available via 30 min vouchers from the front desk. It is by no means high speed (128kbit/s). The paid internet is no better (256kbit/s). This is barely fast enough to load images. Forget about a youtube video loading. The hotel is about a 30 min walk from town,... More

We arrived at this Hotel without any prebooking around the 6th October. The reception staff were very pleasant and we booked for one night with parking. This was provided by the Hotel at a reasonable charge for their secure underground location where staff are on habd to assist you. This is essential as they park people in order of their... More

First class hotel with fantistic rooms and bathrooms with a big "wow factor". Wonderful bedding with a pillow selection. We stayed for 2 nights on a B&B basis, breakfast was wonderful with a "detox" element. Lots of healthly options. All Tapa'sed out on our second evening we had dinner in the hotel, which was good and great value. All the... More

As a number of reviews suggest this is a nice hotel within a quieter location of San Sebastian. The hotel rooms are comfortable and no frills. It is only 5 mins walk to the nearest (and quieter) of beaches. To get to the old town is about a 30 minute walk, which was quite nice to walk off dinner or... More

How can a four-star hotel in a destination like San Sebastian be so boring. The frame is good, a lot of space in the lobby, corridors and rooms. The modern furnishing does not match at all to the dark and wooden doors of the rooms. A bigger problem for a business traveller is the lack of services in the hotel... More

In few words I would say that in this hotel things related to hardware are OK but the software is very bad. This means that all aspects related with phisical and structural items like buiding, local, rooms , decoration are well, on the contrary all aspects where the organization and human action is more important it is very bad. We... More

Quite an expensive place but had camped all thru France and this was 2 nights of luxury at the end of the trip. Road was noisy but AC was effective and windows well sound proofed. Staff very welcoming and talked (in English) thru bus routes, taxi prices, attractions, directions to old town etc. This place is a 5 minute walk... More
