Choosing a hotel depends on a number of criteria like price, location , breakfast included and facilities. One of those is air condition. The pictures don't lie. It's as nice as it looks. Walking distance from the Guggenheim, Casco Viejo and city center. Clean and tastefully decorated hotel. Nice and helpfull staff. And fluffy towels :-)

Small room, no view, noisy air conditioning and paper thin walls. No iron in room. Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. Service in the bar very slow. Good location - other than that a very poor hotel

We got a good deal on a "triple room" which actually turned out to be a twin room with a roll out bed crammed in so it was a bit cramped. The central location on the banks of the river is certainly an asset. Great location and really good breakfast with a lot of choices. Has fresh leaf tea varieties and fresh fruit. Pleasant walk into old town along the river. good coffee shop close by. Rooms were roomy but a bit hot
