This hotel is excellent for a quick get away in Bilbao. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the hotel has an excellent location. If you would like the spa facilities however you should book well enough in advance as otherwise you might not be sure to have a spot!

Great Location - close to all major tourism sites. Friendly and helpfully staff. Room is clean,comfortable. There are plenty of good restaurants across the park,try Cafe Iruna - it is in a amazing old building with beautiful stained glass windows. This hotel could be better with some simple things like, towels that are softer and a box of tissues.
