Stayed for 2 nights over a weekend and found the the location excellent however the hotel a bit tired and in need of maintenance/upkeep. Allocated room on the 5th floor overlooking the street which was nice. Room was large with plenty of space but dated pink carpet. Bed was great, very comfortable and clean, but the pillows could be better.... More

The hotel is perfectly located, and was a little hesistant initially about the breakfast consisting of two tapas, however a hot spanish cheese and ham toastie wasn't too rich for morning taste, also had pastries fritatta and omelette. I was actually away for a stag weekend which was a pity on the one hand - Bilbao is a lovely town and it would have been nice to see more than just the drinking establishments!
