No AC, very strange staff, room reeked of smoke. Had windows in the room that opened to the living room, very strange. Bathroom was barely big enough for one person. Do not recommend this at any cost. We stayed long enough to call another hotel to get reservations. Unpleasant experience.

Had a bad start to our stay when we got there to find that we'd been given a twin not a double room. The manager tried to claim that 'double' means two beds in Spain and so it was our fault - if he has a point then I owe him an apology, but I've travelled in Spain a fair... More

In e-mails we were assured that they offer rooms with AC and no smoking is permitted. They DEMANDED money up front for all 3 nights. The AC unit was not working and they were not willing to move us to other room till the next day ( they were rooms available). The window from our room opened into the courtyard... More

This hostal is simple but functional and clean, with a/c, private bathroom and located quite near the city centre (15' walking). The staff is very kind and helpful. A good choice if you're staying few days and you're not looking for luxury.

This is a lovely place to stay - its as good as the photos on the web site, its right behind the Palace de Paltios, so you'll hear the birds in their garden singing which is very pleasant. Atenas was a great location to stay to catch the sites of Sevilla. Beware though, you WILL get lost on the streets in this area (Santa Maria section).
