The hostel is in a convenient place, though hard to find. The rooms are small, but adequate, and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions, and are available 24 hrs. The breakfast area is very small; it's much easier to grab a bite in one of the many places to eat nearby.

Rooms were average, location perfect. Breakfast was forgettable but great places to have coffee close by. Expensive compared to hostels in other places. But hard to beat the friendliness of the staff and 24 hour desk.

The staff, particularly Diana (day shift), was very helpful. Great location, modest breakfast but free coffee and apples all day -- nice touch!
