The staff was not friendly, the location wasn't great, and they screw you on little charges. I tried to make a reservation for a flamenco show from the hotel by calling a local number and got charged $20 per attempt. I never even talked to anyone, and was charged $40 for my 2 attempted calls... what a joke! More

The hotel is OK, if you don't happen to be there when they have a pool party. There is no sound insulation, one can feel the window and wall rattle and hear the music blast away till midnight. The staff are used to people complaing and will do nothing. More
