Everything about our stay was okay except the Monte Carmelo plays games with the air conditioning. At about 6:00 am the staff shuts off the air conditioner to your room--no notice and no apologies when you have to call the desk and ask them to turn it on. hotel near de centre of seville, 5 min walking, breakfast very good, fresh fruit, fish, meat, cheese, bread, juices. room clean, nice bathroom. aeroport with bus and metro = 30 min. If we will returne to Seville, we will order the same hotel

Stayed at the Monte Carmelo for 4 nights in March 2013. The hotel is conveniently situated round the corner from shops and about a 15 minute pleasant walk from main attractions like the cathedral. the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. NIce hotel situated short walk from all major attractions of beautiful Sevilla. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, good base for exploring the city. The only minor problem was reaching it by car (a lot of one-way roads) but when you'll finally reach it you will be satisfied :)

We found an online deal for this hotel last minute when we wanted a hotel that had air conditioning for good value. So we cancelled our booking closer to the attractions but weren't disappointed! “You will be pleased with location and hotel”

As the title states, this hotel is well placed for a short walk to the centre of Seville's sights. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was especially good. Breakfast server went out of her way to provide extra service and smiles.

Pleasant hotel with warm staff. Easy walk to attractions. Breakfast selection was large and tasty. Room was quite adequate. We were low next to the street but had no trouble sleeping. Had to walk aways for dinner.
