I was looking for somewhere basic and cheap and this fitted the bill nicely. This is student residences rather than a hotel, I presume they just rent out rooms if they are spare. Anyway, the reception staff were helpful and pleasant, despite my poor Spanish. The room was better than I expected and included kitchen facilities ala bedsit.
