The hotel had organized a wedding party while staying there which was unacceptable. It was impossible to sleep , the music volume was like in a disco. The staff didn't care about our complain ( we were not the only ones to complain) no discount despite the inconvenience. We were very disappointed.

Stayed here for 1 month with work, great food and service. Underground car park fine but tricky access. 2 mins walk to los portales central area of town with bars and good seafood places. Train station is very close by with quick links to Jerez, Seville and Cadiz

Delightful hotel just away from the centre of El Puerto. The public rooms are spacious with quality furnishings. The room we stayed in was a nice size and well equipped.
