The location is very good. It's close to a bus stop which takes you right to the hauptbahnhof (or, if you prefer, you can walk...it's really not very far at all). The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They personally show you to your room and offer to help with luggage. They printed my train ticket behind the front desk for free since the common computer doesn't have a printer.
