Close to the Rhine, and Hohe Strasse, the Hotel offers an unique location, with excellent connections to the city infrastructure. The Rooms are descent in size and offering, but it's a shame the WiFi was an add-on pricewise. Service is world class in all matters.

We booked a deal through Expedia which gave us a free upgrade to an executive room. Room - 613 Room was large with seating area and desk and being on the 6th floor had a great views over the city towards the Rhine. Very clean and well presented rooms, large walk in Shower, plenty of shower creams & sprays available, extra pillows available from reception. Food good but expensive but restaurant opposite hotel very good & lower priced. Tram to city centre passes hotel

This is an excellent hotel if you are visiting Cologne on a city break we stayed here in December for the Christmas markets. Very friendly staff ,superb location . I experienced many Hotels in Cologne,this will be my favourite in future. Got a room with cathedral view ,wonderful Breakfast very good,did not like the coffee that much.

This hotel is just superb - in terms of the cleanliness of the room / very spacious/ location - trams are just across the street. Friendly and helpful staff - no issues at all. Food was good and the concierge was helpful to guide us along the town and it's historic places - the room heater worked perfectly!

Just got back from this hotel and found it a excellent place to stay ,staff were all very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was included in the price and a had a huge variety of food with a chef cooking your eggs as requested.Excellent location for shopping, train station,pubs and restaurants .Would definitley go back.
