OK the title might be slightly unfair (but only slightly) We stopped there for three nights as part of a coach tour to the German Xmas markets. Stopped here as a family after finding in on a low cost site. Hotel itself is clean and all staff were without exception friendly and attentive and very flexible. Food is also good and decent value.
