Nothing special, but also importantly nothing negative. Good sleep quality. Just make sure you order a non-smoker. The location is pretty good, especial if you travel by Train. Free Internet in the lobby, and you can have beer with it.

After a very hard drive from Brugge which took eight hours instead of two and a half because of major accident near Brussels, I must say the staff here were fantastic. So helpful and my group checking went like clockwork. The hotel is modern. Typical business hotel. I would certainly use it again. Ps.. The draught bitburger is wonderful.

A typical Ibis situated not far from Aachen's main station. I have always found the staff helpful (they all seem to be fluent in English) and the hotel is spotlessly clean. On a negative note the toilet/shower room is very small and the wifi is not 100%.

Staff friendly, but rooms are small, stinky and need renovation. And renovation is not just repainting. The hotel is not pretending to be five stars, but prices in December are so high that in other cities you could get better place to stay for less money.

The hotel actually calls itself Aachen Hauptbahnhof. We were very satisfied with this Ibis. Granted the rooms are very small, especially the bathroom but we paid a small price! The buffet breakfast was very good and it was constantly topped up. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We would stay there again.
