This hotel reflects the city it calls home. It is nicely understated, in many ways. We chose the relatively inexpensive room upgrade and appreciated the extra sapce, large windows and view of the park. The staff here were awesome. Really friendly, super helpful, and extra sweet to our 3 year old baby girl. The room was always clean and neat. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Room service was great, and breakfast was always yummy as well. A short walk to town, which was nice. Also very close to the train station.

Staff here were top-notch and went out of their way to help, making every interaction a pleasant one, Location is good, a brisk walk to the centre, not bad at all. Great breakfast again with great service, rooms all nice and although some are small everything of good standard.

This hotel is really good, the rooms are average size but thats all you need. The buffet breakfast every morning was really nice with a range of different sorts or meals to suit people. Nice hotel, good location, calm; I got a big room in the fifth floor which I could advise to book.Small minus: Only one single elevator for whole the big hotel...endless waiting is programmed! Alos the lobby in the ground floor is not very cosy and spacious....
