“One to avoid at any cost.”

Firstly the hotel took the money twice from my credit card and refused to refund it until my arrival. The lobby area was really dirty, as was the room (hairs in the basin and shower, stains on the carpet). Unfortunately there was no-where else to stay as there was a big fair on so we had to remain.
