“Isolated hotel with limited services”

Did not like this hotel. It is okay, but: shuttle bus from the airport takes 30m to 60m (including waiting time and stops) to make a 5km trip, room service has just 3 dishes and only accepts cash (!), check-in is slow with huge queues. I think I would avoid staying in an Intercity again.

“Always Excellent!!!”

We have stayed at Steigenberger Airport for the past four years, its always wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is absolutely top of the line, english speaking staff, GREAT food in the bar and Wildman restaurant. We highly recommend this hotel and will continue to stay whenever we must over night at Frankfurt Airport!

“Good For A One Night: Time To Sleep Only Type of Stay (12-14 Hours)”

We were in transit through FRA and had a short amount of time - overnight- until our flight. The hotel serves a purpose for sleeping but doesn't offer much else. Very very different from the photo's, large room but with very old decor, not so clean either. The rooms have a kettle for maling tea/coffee but no tea or coffee is given, Towels are old, thin and tatty. This premises is in dire need of some TLC. Luckily the experience was only for a single night.

“Good value for money if you need stay near to airport”

Rooms are small but cosy and for one night it is enough. Hotel is little bit noisy because on corridor there is high traffic. Shuttle bus goes twice in hour and unfortunately it has 5 minute stop between terminal 1 and terminal 2 Restaurant on hotel is terrible. “Good Hotel with expensive car park”

Few minutes drive from the airport and about 20 min drive to the city. Clean modern and reasonably large rooms. Good breakfast and nice bar on the ground floor. Car Park is not included and very expensive.

The hotel so nice although room are small but tidy & clean.Also the resturant is good with different food taste the can meet different people needs ,,also reception is so helpful.Hotel is close to resturants ,,near to underground & trams,,also hotel can arrange more tours around starts & ends in the hotel doors.

“Clean and comfortable”

A flight miss to copenhagen offered me the opportunity to discover this comfortable and clean hotel. The front office were very friendly and willing to be of assistance. Though I couldn't have lunch or dinner in the restaurant, the breakfast was quite satisfactory. But the best experience is the very comfortable and clean rooms available.
