I booked this hotel by telephone six weeks before going (in November 2009). I called to the hotel phone number and a staff guy from the hotel got my call and make it possible for booking by phone without any problem.
It was my second booking hotel by telephone in the afternoon (no problem with the other hotel in Bremen)...
