It's in a very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Need to take a bus to the nearby metro station. It's close to a hospital or university. Not a common Hamburg area. The hotel itself is very new, modern and nice. The spa area is exceptionally clean.

Very nice modern, clean rooms. Good restaurant, excellent sauna. Very good breakfast buffet. Wifi not free, a minus point these days in any hotel. One let down was massive queues on check-out and no apparent rush by staff to reduce them, put on more staff etc. Otherwise staff very friendly, restaurant service good.

Everything great, on foot to subway about 10 minutes, we also have a free car park in the area found, room clean with a small bathroom. We felt very much at ease there and would come again.Everything great.
