The hotel is all the way up north, convenient for the airport. Bathroom is not super clean, curtains with big stains. Reception tried to charge us for breakfast, even though we had an all-in rate. Bed was very good though, good selection of beers at the hotel bar. All in all, I'd say just ok.

The hotel is close to the junction of the motorway which it backs on to so it has quick connection for driving The rooms were a good size and comfortable the bathroom had had a very small bath with a shower over it. Breakfast and dinner was good the only down side they charge for wi-fi

Even though this hotel is on the outskirts of Hamburg public transport is available. Very important is free parking behind the hotel. The parking space caters for more than 100 cars and I have the impression that people park behind the hotel who take a flight from the airport in order to avaoid the high parking fees at the airport.

The hotel location is outside of the city center and the nearest metro station is in 30 min walking distance from the hotel. don't forget the bus line 184 ,the station of this bus is exactly in front of the hotel but it come every 20 minutes! you must have to use this line to got to the train station...
