They offer small apartments located in few buildings close each other. Positive: very centrally located, confortable and spacious apartments, quite clean, good breakfast. We had to stay izn Berln for 5 nights and took a chance on the Aparthotel Residenz. Stayed in a compact studio with a large balcony overlooking a quiet garden. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff pleasant and efficient. The cost was far more reasonable than a hotel and fhe location was fine.
