Been there twice, first in December 2003 and in October 2010. I wasn't not disappointed either time: It's a wonderful, quiet oasis in a backyard of a buzzing and vibrant district. I have visited Berlin many times and this hotel is one of my fav. in this part of the city. Clean rooms, good beds, great breakfast and the location is ok. A better reservation-system is the only thing I can think of where they can improve.
