The hotel is very local, right next to kadawe, Europa center and the memorial church. Hotel has no ground floor it is located on the first floor of a shopping centre, so its a little hard to find at first. Its located near numerous shops, restaurants which is great, its really close to the U-Bahn & S-Bahn incuding one that runs 24hours, I even had to take the U-Bahn arriving back at the hotel around... This hotel is cheap and the staff were very friendly and helpful but the entrance way was a building site and I did not feel safe walking through this. The room wasn't 100% clean and the carpets and walls were faded and stained. Only book this is you're after a budget location.

Good location, will be better with planned investment and the area is finished. Comfortable and reasonable food. Restaurants close by. Ideal for travelling to and around the city for visitors with friendly people at service points.
