Located about an hour by train from Shoenefeld Airport. Very close (5 min walk) to either Birkenstrasse or Westhafen train stations giving easy access into most parts of town. The property is clean, and everything works just fine. The reception stuff is very helpful. But breakfast isn't so great. There are only two vegetables for breakfast: tomatos and cucumbers, no salads or thing like that - not much as for 4 star hotel.

Nice modern hotel. Pretty OK location. 2 very disappointing experiences though... - Very understaffed reception for such large hotel, which meant long waiting time for receiving help. The receptionist girl was not very helpful, only after asking several times, and involving several other hotel guests, we got proper help for something very simple. Only one negative experience while staying at the hotel: the 3 course dinner which where included in the stay: the main course was awfull!! Starter and dessert was fine. Breakfast was lovely. Nice location because there is a metro 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

I've stayed here several times over the last 18 months, and must say the hotel has improved quite a bit in terms of service. It shows that the staff are now well used to their routine. I have stayed here twice in the past few years. I love the excellent hotel. It's a good value. Rooms were always very clean and hotel staff helpful to find places and new and exciting food in the area of the hotel. I will be back next trip to Berlin....
