“Helpful Hints”

We enjoyed a nice quiet room looking out to the Plaza. Breakfast is plentiful and okay. We were told they "provided" wifi but you actually have to pay for it. The staff is a bit abrupt and not necessarily helpful. Overall, however, we enjoyed the central location and the quiet room.

We very much enjoyed a 7 night stay at Prinzhotel Rothenburg during May. Rooms were very clean, staff friendly and helpful and the location perfect. Highly recommended. “Charming Hotel inside the Walls!”

Loved this hotel & the view from my room of the medieval walls. One caveat is that you will hear people walking the walls until pretty late at night so if you're a stickler about your sleep, make sure to ask for a room that is not near the wall.

“BEWARE OF CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT RULES”

I emailed to say I wanted a bigger room which is 5 1/2 months in advance of our September arrival and the response from Denise Hoffman was that no amendment can be made. REALLY?? I don't want a refund--- I want to spend more money and they don't want it??? REALLY ?? Come on Ernst.
