This hotel is staffed by friendly attentive smartly dressed people and has a great lodge like feel appropriate to it's mountain setting. Great place to stay and unwind. Nice family atmosphere and welcoming staff. Lovely view of surrounding mountains. Separate apartment we stayed in convenient for family with young children- didn't have to worry about their noise :). Very close to Fussen township where you can then get bus to Castles. Easy.

We stayed here in June 2008. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station in a residential area.

Really nice place, clean, modern but still had Bavarian charm. Right in the middle of town but it really didn't seem like it due to the surrounding trees and flowers. The Hotel and staff is very familiar and friendly. Fantastic view on mountain range and the castles Neuschwanstein of king Ludwig II. 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the town centre. The rooms are clean and bright.
