I agree with most of the other reviewers - it's a nice hotel and the breakfast is indeed very nice. They even had sparkling wine which my wife and I found to be a good way to start the morning on our weekend getaway. We stayed 3 days during Oktoberfest. Prices very high but all hotel prices are tripled at that time and we wanted to be in Munich during Oktoberfest. Hotel was a 35 min walk to Oktoberfest.
