Nice hotel in the heart of Triberg. We stayed for 2 nights recently and had a great time! The room is very small but adequate. Our room faced the Main Street and had a huge balcony with great views. About a 20 minute walk from the train station. It is an uphill walk to get here from the train station but so is the rest in of triberg so this is not a disadvantage. This hotel is an older hotel privately run by a businesswoman and her assistant. The hotel was very clean and functional. No luxury here but a comfortable bed, a clean shower, and a good breakfast. We stayed twice at this hotel in the last year and enjoyed both stays thoroughly. The rooms are well kept, the hostess is very friendly and the breakfast is great. Location wise, it is slap bang in the middle of Triberg's main road and at walking distance to most attractions and shops.
