Excellent location. Very central. Walking distance to all the tourist sites. Our trip involved travel by train so the hotel being close to Freiburg railway station was great. Decent breakfast. Room clean and adequate in size.

A good base from which to explore Freiburg. The room was very clean and a little minimalist; a minor irritation was that the bathroom had insufficient space for our wash bags. The breakfast was perfectly adequate.

We've just returned from a week staying here. A hotel we have been visiting for thirty years - which says its all really. Beautifully situated, friendly staff, great restaurant (sadly closed on this visit). Good old-fashioned service. Generous and fresh buffet breakfast.
