The hotel is pretty nice and clean. it is close to a nice glade and a natural park in the wood. The breakfast was tasteful. As a weak point, the pool is very narrow. More

Good points: Nice big car park , nice decorations in hotel, kind staff, nice swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool , easy to get into town , nice bath in room and big balcony. Bad points: have funny curtains which do not cover the windows, very old tv and funny remote control you have to push hard to change channel ,... More

My husband, his brother and myself visited Baden-Baden this fall and were looking for a nice hotel that we could take our puppy. Best Western exceeded our expectations. We had to wait a little while before the room was ready; however, in the room were food and water bowls on a doggy mat as well as a beef stick treat... More

Friendly service. Tired upholstery , low ceilings, surprisingly little hot water for a spa town. Next time will try town centre hotel. More

stayed here for 10 days on my first visit to baden-baden based largely on the reviews on tripadvisor. smart move!! yes, it was located abit out from the main tourist area but it was a beautiful 10-15 minute walk along the oos river or an easy bus ride if you don't feel like walking. while the hotel may not look... Very large, comfortable room, quite clean. Nice balcony. Great breakfast buffet. Nice sauna, steam room, etc. downstairs. Internet included in the room rate. The train station is some distance from town and the hotel: take bus 201 towards Lichtental, go past the Russian Church, get off at the Falkerstrasse stop, walk back a little and turn left. More

I stayed here for 4 nights for a work trip and was very impressed with the hotel. Comfortable (and huge) rooms, although the heating is a bit quirky (follow the instructions on the wall, however weird they sound). Free internet but you have to get vouchers from the reception - each voucher only lasts an hour (non-consecutive use) and has... More

While not as central as other hotels, the location is a 20 minute walk away from the main town. A slight detour on this walk allows the visitor to pass through the lovely Lichterallee Park. Rooms are modern and decent. The free Wifi being a plus. The gym, pool and sauna area isn't huge, but more than acceptable. The breakfast... More

I thoroughly enjoyed a short stay in this excellent hotel. It has a wonderful location, 10 minutes from Baden Baden, rural type setting. Everything was first class, from beautiful rooms to friendlty staff. Needs more time to enjoy the many facilities. Breakfast was very good with large plentiful selection of all types of food. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for... More

Nice hotel and good location. Do not buy the room upgrade there is no difference between it and the standard room. More
