This is a Leading Hotel and the public rooms are very elegant. The guest rooms however lack in decor. The room was spacious but decorated in a bland manner. on a road trip back from the mercedes factory back to uk. Hotel was booked for a fashion show that night that no one had mentioned when we booked. consequently no parking and walked out of restaurant after 25 min wait for a menu, then waited 1 hour for room service. More

We loved our stay two weeks ago. The first sight of the hotel will amaze you as you drive through columns and into a circular driveway. We booked this as a short break through Expedia. On our arrival the hotel staff had some trouble clarifying confirmation of payment etc (apparently they needed vouchers from us - turns out they would have been sent these from Expedia direct).
